Workout from home, work, outdoors, or anywhere you can fit a yoga mat! You'll be working one-on-one with me to keep your workouts efficient and reach your goals quickly. Learn proper form and technique with my signature personal training. Sessions are a half-hour or one-hour long and will be completed via a video platform of your choosing (Zoom, Facetime, Hangouts, etc.) or in person at SNAP Fitness in San Mateo. Introducing healthier nutrition options will give you more energy and brain power throughout the day. With my habit-based nutrition coaching there are no crazy diets or meal plans. I work with you to make your nutrition a permanent lifestyle. We work together on changing habits and making better choices. Eating out at a restaurant? No problem! I give you the tools you need to get the results you’re looking for. Nutrition coaching is a 12-week-long program with monthly coaching available after you have completed the initial program. We will be using the MyFitnessPal app to log your consumables so that I can monitor your daily progress. Weekly phone check-ins are scheduled and are required.
